Greetings from Delaware!

When you ask someone in Delaware how old his house is, he may ask; "which part?" The house in the center was built over two centuries ago (the left half, in 1789) and was expanded in the early 1900's. I visited our first state as spring was springing, and everything was beautiful.

But, could I live there? - It's a bit too cold up here, but there are plenty of nice, small towns and lots of water. Question is, do I live in the north or the south? Talk with people here in the country's second smallest state and you'll find that it is divided at the canal - there is Wilmington and there is the rest of the state.
